Is the economy getting better or worse? Depending on which news agency you like to watch, there are several opinions (although most of them are pretty negative), concerning the recent state of the economy. Declining home sales and a stubborn unemployment index certainly help to paint a bleaker picture has we prepare to head into fall but that may not be the whole picture.
