I’m Scott Ritter, Co-Owner of EngineerNexus and also long-time freelance engineering recruiter. I have noticed over the last two months that several sectors of engineering (i.e. Civil, HVAC & MEP, Transportation) that have basically been dormant since the downturn have started to show signs of life. Personally, I have had several of my MEP & Civil design firms contact me with job requisitions over the last 30 days and it is refreshing to get back to doing what I love which is placing rockstar engineers with my ENR Top 500 design firms. So, my message to those who are reading this? Dust off and update that resume man, the drought is almost over!!
